However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. To be eligible for a replacement, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.

Procedure for Damaged or Defective Items:

1. Contact our customer service team at 7869967778 within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product.

2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective items and packaging.

3. Once approved, we will either issue a replacement  for the damaged or defective item.

Shipping for Returns:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
